SUSHI COURSES
Tokyokan arranges sushi courses for both professional and home
chefs in its own premises. You can come alone, with a friend or gather
a group of at least 6 persons. Companies and organisations may order
a sushi course evening for their personnel or customers either in
Tokyokan or in their own premises. Call and ask for an offer!
You can register for a course by sending us e-mail, by phone, by telefax or by visiting
the shop, latest on the day before the course. The fee 51 euros is paid in advance on the
evening of the course. Bring your own apron and knife. Good sushi knives are also available in Tokyokan.
